Orgbrain Board Portal – Overview

This video provides an overview of what the Orgbrain Board Portal contains.

When you log in to the portal, you will arrive at a homepage. The homepage will display an overview of the modules you have access to, as well as news from Orgbrain. You also have the option to enable two-factor authentication.

You will have an overview on your homepage displaying your meetings and tasks, among other relevant information.

In the Meetings module, you can add various types of meetings. You have the option to create, among others, both board meetings and general meetings. The portal will automatically generate minutes.

In the Owners module, you can enter a complete overview of the ownership structure for your company. You can also enter transactions, financial agreements, capital increases and add board authorizations.

In the Messages module, you can send messages to either the board or both the board and the owners. An email notification will be sent for new messages. You have the option to choose whether recipients can read the message in the email or if they have to log into the portal to read it.

In the Data Room module, you can upload files and folders. The Data Room is the module for cloud storage. The module comes with 4 folders, and the role a user has in the portal will determine which folders they have access to. The minutes and attachments from meetings will automatically be placed in this module.

In the Tasks module, you can create tasks with deadlines and priorities. You can assign tasks to yourself or others in your company.

The Board Chat can be used for internal communication with the entire board.

In the Questionnaire module, you can invite users to participate in surveys.

The Orgbrain Academy module is the competence hub of the portal. Read e-books, watch webinars, and complete Orgbrain's certification course in board work.

In the Organization module, you can, among other things, change settings to tailor the portal's functionality to your preferences.

You will only see the Investments module if you own shares in a company. In this module, you can view investments, financial contracts, and subscription forms from capital increases you have been part of.
